UV Tube Replacement & Maintenance Service (courier pickup)

We recommend servicing after 12 months of use for best germicidal performance and durability.  We provide you with hassle free off site maintenance service by arranging courier to pick up from you your OXIRA unit and we will courier it back to you once the maintenance work is done.

Fee of HK$1150 includes, for each OXIRA unit:

1. OXIRA UV tube replacement ($850)
2. labour charge for thorough cleaning, inspection, maintenance and UV tube replacement (HK$100)
3. courier and administrative charges (HK$200)

Note: If you require on-site repair or maintenance service, additional charges will apply and please contact our customer service team on 2887-5889 to make a booking. You may also choose to deliver the unit to us in person and in such case there will be no courier and administrative charges, but please call us in advance to make a booking before you come.
